1. Initial Inquiry

Once you are ready to design and build your dream space, reach out and provide us with the details of your project. This should include:

  • The scope (front yard, backyard, both)
  • Your location
  • Your budget
  • A wishlist and/or dreams for your space

A member of our team will be in touch with you within one business day.

2. Consultation and Discovery

After reviewing the details provided in your initial inquiry, we will respond to you about the next steps. Not every project is a good fit but if our goals align, we will start the process:

  • On-site consultation and getting to know you and your landscape project
  • A design proposal and custom price guide created for you
  • Your acceptance of the design proposal (payment required)

3. Design

During the design process styles and preferences will be discussed, materials options will be evaluated and your budget will be assessed. Together we will work through the followingstages:

  • In-person design kick-off meeting and project research
  • Concept plan development and presentation
  • Design revisions and budgeting
  • Finalizing the construction contract. Deposit for construction (payment required)

4. Pre-construction planning

At this step, our leadership will transition from our design team to our construction team. This step involves:

  • Preparing construction drawings and permitting (if required)
  • Finalizing material and plant selection
  • Project management (scheduling, locates, booking specialty trades)
  • On-site layout meeting by the Project Manager and Designer
