Modern Amenities

This outdoor dining area includes a stone veneer kitchen that is covered by a custom steel pergola with a modern finish. An acrylic roof and retractable cover were installed to allow the space to be used rain or shine. A secondary entertaining area was created adjacent to the kitchen and is fully equipped with a modern gas fire-pit. The existing area between the house and the pool felt very empty and separated, after some reorganizing of the spaces and installation of some walkways and retaining walls the site is now reconnected and feels like a whole.
