I was in the landscape industry for 15 years before I finally made my way here. It’s been a great place to learn even more, and also a great place to exercise everything that I’ve learned over the years.
As a foreman I’ve had the chance to meet, as well as build relationships with the clients over the years. The team here is great at listening to everyone’s ideas, it’s very much a group effort mentality. We all have our roles and not one is more important than the other.
