Verbal Consultation $175

Two hours at your home, verbal consultation with no formal drawings.

Concept Design $450 and up

Two hours site visit and client interview, dimension site, produce one or more design concepts using 11" x 17" colour printouts (perspective and plan view drawings), review of design at your home.

Master Plan. Typical $800 and up

All the services included in Concept Design, and additionally:

After the Concept Design review, perform detailed plant selection and siting, design detailed hardscape such as stonework, walls, grading, produce two 24" x 36" colour drawings, suitable for construction, present Master Plan to you and gather final feedback before proceeding to construction.
